Victoria Peill
Victoria Peill is a social entrepreneur, educator, and community builder dedicated to reimagining how we learn, connect, and thrive. She is the founder of Duara Education, a social enterprise that empowers female educators to launch community-based microschools, beginning in underserved areas of Kenya. Duara’s mission is to make transformative, high-quality education accessible to every child—rooted in local wisdom and global possibilities.
Victoria also created Our WonderHouse in Nairobi—a soulful community space designed to foster authentic connection with self, others, and nature. Described as a “lab for the soul,” it nurtures spaces where wholeness, creativity, curiosity, and collective wisdom can thrive.
Her work draws on a diverse background in education, leadership, and systems-building. She co-founded ALX (part of the African Leadership Group), served as Chief of Staff to Fred Swaniker, consulted with Boston Consulting Group, co-founded Mentor Me India, and taught in Peru.
Based in Nairobi, Victoria brings a thoughtful blend of execution and imagination to her work. She cares deeply about community, meaningful connection, and the dance between love and courage—and is devoted to building systems and spaces that enable the flourishing of people and planet.
