Periklis Douvitsas

Periklis Douvitsas (Athens 1974) studied Composition in Mozarteum (Salzburg) with Boguslaw Schaeffer and Adriana Hölszky and worked in the National Polytechnic Institute in Grenoble before taking over his family’s publishing company (NEFELI, est.1979, 1700 titles) in 2003. Since then, he published over 800 books and magazines, specialised in book design and typography and founded the online platform “fairead”. In 2025, he founded the non profit company “Anthos Tinou” with the chef Marinos Souranis, that focuses on professional education in the field of Gastronomy.
