Matenia Sakari

Matenia Sakari was born in Evros and lives between Athens and Mani. She studied tourism and works as an event designer. Since 2019, photography has been her artistic medium of expression, with a particular focus on nature and raising awareness about the natural environment.

Her photographs have been distinguished in competitions and exhibitions, while her related essays have been published in print and online media. Since 2023, she has been attending the Photography Workshop at the Athens School of Fine Arts, delving into contemporary approaches to artistic photography.
