Marina Tzoutzouraki

Marina Tzoutzouraki is a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership experience across the financial and maritimesectors, combining deep domain expertise in shipping finance with a forward-looking approach to technology, governance, and sustainability.

As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of eShipfinance.com, a pioneering fintech platform for shipping finance, Marina has led strategic initiatives across financial structuring, investor relations, and regulatory compliance. She spearheaded the development of a proprietary credit assessment engine integrating financial modeling, ESG risk metrics,and transaction automation — bridging traditional capital markets with digital finance.

Previously, she served for two decades at Eurobank, one of Greece’s systemic banks, where she was a senior relationshipmanager for the shipping portfolio, overseeing over USD 350 million in loan exposure and structuring syndicated, restructured, and self-funded deals. Her contributions extended to the setup of a specialized shipping branch andoperational risk controls, as well as leading AML/KYC governance practices.

Marina is Co-Founder and Partner at Dagmar Navigation, offering advisory services to shipowners and financiers globally. Her work spans cross-border capital raising, refinancing negotiations, and CFO-level strategic planning.

Fluent in English and Greek, she is recognised for her strategic insight, cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, and ability to align financial sustainability with governance principles. She is a member of Wista Hellas (Women in Shipping) promoting women in leadership roles in shipping, Member of Shipping Financiers in Piraeus Greece, Member of the Propeller Club Greece, Member of The Boardroom, promoting women in Boardroom positions.

She holds a Postgraduate Degree in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School) and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Management from Deree College, Athens.
