Jehangir Mehta

Jehangir Mehta is the Chief Mindfulness Officer at Gourmet Dining as well as the chef and owner of Me and You, a bespoke experiential concept in New York City. Jehangir was the chef and owner of two New York City restaurants, Graffiti, and Graffiti Earth. He is also the author of the cookbook “Mantra: The Rules of Indulgence”. Jehangir was an advisor for Sustainability Empathy and Performance enhancement with Gourmet, prior to joining them as their Chief Mindfulness Officer, as well as consulted at Umass Amherst.

He has been featured on all three seasons on The Life of Loi as well as numerous shows. Jehangir has competed on “Iron Chef America” on Food Network in August 2009, and runner up on the “Next Iron Chef” beginning in October 2009, and 2014.
